Belton, England

Big Ben
We took a "day trip" to London on Sunday by a British Rail train. We caught the train at Norwich and rode to Liverpool Street station where we caught the "Underground" or subway as we call it.
Everybody says "Hi!"

The weather held nicely for us today, although it was quite cloudy. This is a picture of everyone at the base of Big Ben.

Buckingham Palace

This is Buckingham Palace, the residence of the Queen of England. Every day during the summer, a "Changing of the Guard" takes place, and a parade occurs. Today, the Scottish band played on arrival to the Palace.

Feeding the Pigeons

At Trafalgar Square, the pigeons come right up to you and allow you to feed them. In this shot, Tina gets overwhelmed by four hungry pigeons.

It's West Virginia!

Yes, we had to remember everyone back home, and we did so by drawing a large WV in the sand on Yarmouth beach. We left our mark Wednesday night.

Happy 4th of July!

While in London, we visited the Hard Rock Cafe, and would you believe it, they were selling "Independence Day" pins with "Hard Rock Cafe, London" printed on them!

This will probably be the last group of pictures I send out while I'm in England. I'm going to put all this on my home page when I get back home, so it will all still be available later. We leave to come home Sunday, and we'll see you all soon!

Coming to you live from England,
